I would think that it will be since OP has not published any announcement yet on who got the limited amount of positions that are available. $10 an hour is a lot just for copy & pasting in my point of view.
But can't paint the kettle black just yet until any evidence is given so too accuse of any malicious intent.

Now this is being weird and shady for mee too. I haven't received any PM about the work. I think OP just wasting our time.

Simple job, requires no skill , just copy/paste checking codes. 10usd an hour, you need to be working fast or u will loose ur job spot.
