Declined payment to neteller - miss btc - URGENT please

Hi, need urgent help. I send btc into my neteller account, and there was payment declined. Now I can´t find my btc. How I can send btc back into my electrum wallet? or where btc are now, cause not in electrum. thanks for fast responde

Hi, so you sent money to your Neteller deposit address and it hasn't been credited?

The most likely cause is an unconfirmed transaction due to several other transactions competing to get into the block, did you use the default fee?

Please go to Electrum, click on "History" and look for the transaction you sent them with.
Click on it, then details and give us the transaction ID (TXID).
This is the transaction number that identifies your operation to the bitcoin network, no personal information is divulged, unless the sum or source address is private to you, of course.

Is the transaction confirmed by the bitcoin network?
Have you spoken to their support? It's a serious company.
