I need help identifying the following Gridseed controller. If possible any information would help as well as I need software that runs on it.

I did try at the above place after I purchased it but is came incomplete without SD card and I get no reply from them so I let PayPal handle them, but I would like to see if I can utilize this controller.

A long list of old dead links and little info. Maybe someone with some extra time could email them for a win32diskimager copy of the SD card as I get no reply. Much appreciated!
