Drachmae Project is pleased to announce an agreement with Custom Travel Clubs (
www.customtravelclubs.com) to license their services for inclusion on the Drachmae Travel Club. Under the terms of the agreement Drachmae Project will gain access to a range of services offered by Custom Travel Clubs, and the companies will cooperate further on the development of blockchain based solutions for the travel industry.
The agreement allows for partial payment of the licensing in DT-Tokens or "Draco", the cryptocurrency of the DT-Chain platform. This portion of the payment, 2,343,747 DT-Tokens, has been transferred to Custom Travel Clubs as shown on the blockchain explorer at
https://nxtportal.org/accounts/7824737411636231134The terms of the agreement limit conversion or sale of the DT-Tokens by Custom Travel Clubs to when the value rises above 2,000 Satoshis or 32,000 USD value, and only small volumes are to be converted to minimise the impact on the trading price at the time. Custom Travel Clubs is committed to the support and success of Drachmae Project, hence the favorable terms of the partnership.
