I don't understand that language neither the google chrome is translating well but Contact directly the moderator if you haven't got any response yet, the moderator in that board seems to be Cyrus: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=78147 and he is online right now.

To whom have you reported it to? You certainly have not used the 'Report to Moderator' function (recently) found near each post as I can't find your report:

You have to understand that it is tough to make decisions when the staff does not understand the language in question. Just trusting 'Google translate' or a single member/report is not enough to take instant action. I'll ping Cyrus.

Do you have a idea how reports work or you're simply sig spamming ?

@OP: Reports don't work like that.You can use the "Report the moderator" button with appropriate message in the subject.Make sure your message is brief but descriptive.Mods will check out the report and take action accordingly,if the post is not deleted or no action is taken that means its on topic while not against any forum's rules.

You will get a reply from Moderator if at all they feel its necessary.
