Hello,
I have a problem , i wanted to update to the new liteclient version and i removed the old one and downloaded the new release. After that i didn't find my account on the new app, so i used the "IMPORT ACCOUNT" and typed my seed but after that it gave me another address and have to retype a new name and a new password after that there is no coins in the new account.
i'm really confused and worried about that, please help me solve that.

Make sure you didn't include any extra spaces or carriage returns when paste in your seed.

Make sure you didn't include any extra spaces or carriage returns when paste in your seed.
I checked the seed many times !!! and the problem is that it's generating another address not the one i used on the ico site !!!! |

Mods moved it already. Imposible i just did it 5 mins ago. The problem must be your seed , you did not copy it correctly. Insert seed, generate adress from seed (if seed is copied exactly like original your account will appear) on password u don't need new password just use old one. It took me 5 mins max all went very smooth. Good luck |

I don't know contact support but really u should have stressed to copy it correctly sasha made effort to highlight this so it will not happen but still  |

I already sent an email to rideon@wavesplatform.com. is there any support email beside this one ? |

you guys really need to figure out what a seed is and how to use it.
I wonder how many precious waves are going to get lost due to people being unable to take care of their seeds.

Just put in seed and password that's it |
