You can buy bitcoin with credit card on some exchanges like Circle . For Paypal, there is Virwox, but I would suggest using someone trusted on the forum at currency Exchange to do the trade.

Indian credit cards are 99% rejected on most international websites;  For me they never seem to work on Circle etc.

If you want to bank transfer to CEX.IO from your Indian bank account, you have to wire their account with extra bank fees and the bank clerk will ask you several thousand questions and forms to fill up.

Just buy via Localbitcoins.com and build the local bitcoin ecosystem than sending your money to exchanges out of the country. Why dont you buy from internet banking i think that would be more safer method.

Do not use virwox ever in your life.it charge .004 as withdrawal fees.if you are rich then you can use it.
You can use zebpay,it is very flexible.you just need to upload id proof and you are all set.
