Scammer akszyn, paid upfront and has not delivered account or refunded

I paid akszyn for 2 bitcointalk accounts and he gave me one and he took advance for another and has not delivered the account, he has ignored all my private messages to him for last 48 hours.

I sent him advance as he sent me signed message from the account. I don't want the account now, but just the refund of bitcoin i sent for it.

But it definitely encourages scams and spams. So its frowned upon.

He is selling many different accounts, bitcointalk, blackhatworld  etc, if you don't tag him with negative he will scam more people.

Since there is a existing thread about account sells and scams, I decided not to create a thread in reputation board.
At first, I had to verify the signed message below if this message was really signed by the user akszyn who already got tagged by The Sceptical Chymist for account selling.

This message was verified via electrum which means this address belongs to account seller and scammer akszyn. His 2nd account n00ber was sold to someone else in 2017 or in 2023 which was supposed to sell to the OP  of this thread which he mentioned here.

Both account is connected by the same Bitcoin address.

The same Bitcoin address was used to sign a message which I verified (see above).

The account n00ber was sold and changed hand.
The account got a neutral feedback from Nutildah already. But I guess he did not had enough proofs to paint it in red.

I was thinking you bumped this thread wrongly, but after my tired ol' eyes skimmed through and saw that your accusation relates to the same one in the OP.  

It's eight years later and I still can't stand account sellers and will still tag and bag them if they're brought to my attention (I don't seek them out anymore).  All that blather aside, I'll read through your post more fully and see what's what.  Can't speak for anyone else here, but I appreciate you shining a spotlight on these drool-dribbling mongoloids; they can be dangerous depending on what the account is used for.

Edit:  Oh yeah, I took a look through n00ber's post history going back to 2013, and by the gaps in posting and what seem to be changes in language proficiency the account might have changed hands more than once.  Will be whipping out the red spray gun once I finish typing.

Actually OP provided a good information to connect these users. Otherwise there was no way we know n00ber is a alt account of akszyn who is a scammer and account seller. He signed a message from his Bitcoin wallet address which proved the ownership of both account. Probably he sold the account a year later. But in both cases, the account deserve to get negative feedback.

If account changed hand, then paint it red.
If account is still controlled by akszyn, paint it red because he is a scammer.
