I made a small investment and starting getting a return. Then, received an email with a "promotional offer". I took the offer for a larger investment. The next day, stopped receiving any returns. I have emailed, called, etc. I get a run-around about problems with the bitcoin account. Then am hung up on. Stay away from these guys!!

Sorry nate but you fall for a PONZI. Asking for making an investment and giving a nice return for doing nothing but just to deposit some BTC is the way Ponzi works. Better you take care from next time but at this point of time you can only take this as a lesson.  If you have link to their announcement thread then members here can tag then red for this.

Ponzi... why do people still fall for that?

1) Mostly newbies fall for these kind of programs without knowing how they work and realising about their real face.
2) High/Small return programs on large deposits always attract users here. There are so many users here who still fall for these despite knowing about how they work or else have been already been scammed by a different ponzi scheme.

Ponzi workers always set up a rat trap and greedy rats fall for these. Just a simple way to answer your question  Smiley
