I'm not threaten, as long as we are still in $1,000 level there would be no problem with bitcoin. It's normal to see a price fall back due to the disapproval of ETF by the SEC, but that is not a big issue that will make the bitcoin economy collapse. We have come to this level because people
believe bitcoin has a good future and I do not think they will easily lose their trust just because of the recent bad news.

Actually the future is pretty predictable, the history is showing bitcoin has made giant steps considering that is only 7 years old. I think bitcoin will keep going this way and many of us here think it will bitcoin will have a bright future so the future of bitcoin Economics will be great , no need to worry of it, bitcoin will be without a doubt toward a bright future. It  never happen actually where someone predict a things then it happens precisely. No I don't see all prediction has been done accurately, most of it are not  precise. At this point, i think its just a matter of time before that happens. Some central banks are already accepting the fact and recognizing btc existence and it may not even take 3 years before btc becomes a regular thing that people use everyday as another alternstive for their transactions

OP, when you say "mass adoption" what you really mean is uncapping btc to produce more than 21 million coins?

Like centralbanksequalsbombs said, that could reduce the scarcity of btc and cause its price to implode.

If you want mass adoption, I think litecoin is what you're looking for.

BTC's role isn't focused on high speed transactions or mass adoption. Another alt would be better suited for that role.

Some comments are very optimistic, that's what I noticed first. My opinion about bitcoin future is divided, I would like to cost more and to be adopted in the world, but how can that happen? I'm not familiar with potential of bitcoin even many here talk about it. Close friends don't wish nothing with bitcoins, and that push me away when I wish to invest in bitcoin, I think that many feel's like I do.

Government regulate the private and it will not give them the confidence to integrate bitcoin into their business if they find it not supported by
the government. They'll be afraid that their investment might not succeed, that's why we need a good adoption to ensure that there will no constant
manipulation of the price which I think investors like big merchants hate to see.
