Hello Cyaren, thank you for your interest. Normally paysafecards are linked to a country, the country they are bought in store at. However, i buy them directly from paysafecard so they are not linked to any special country. The rule paysafecard has given me is that they can be used by anyone in europe with european ip adress(not blacklisted). This does not mean it will not work for other countries then europe, i have many clients outsite europe it still works for, so you best option is to try with a test voucher. I send you a PM.
