i guess he means about to increase your base bet amount , not about rich or not.

so if you usually bet 20% of your total bankroll then if you wan to reach the goal to become rich you must increase your bet to 70 to 80 percent i guess , it might work for one time bet , as usual in the long run hard to make it happen. so once you won it , cashed it out.
