I can do online purchases using my card, but here's some problems when I try to buy small amounts of BTC:

1. Exchange services are always asking for documents and always insist I should be above legal age.
2. Paypal isn't really an option since my card somehow got blacklisted there
3. Skrill is same with #2. I'm not sure why.
4. BTC isn't available locally.
5. My parents don't have cards (or maybe they do, they just don't want me to know), so parents aren't an option.
6. I can't use my parents' name since they won't allow me to use their documents.
7. I have complete identity documents (passport, etc.), but see #1.
8. I can't reliably prove my address since all bills and stuff are registered to my parents' name.

How do I get small amounts of BTC? (Around 2-10 USD)

The amount that you want to buy is small and its not large, so if i were you i would try to search for someone that is near your city or even in your country and pay in cash or by transferring mobile top up/balance.

Just recommended for you to but some bitcoin with another personal bitcoin users, it's will easy more than you want to buy the small amount of BTC using the card. Just for small amount of btc and need a various requirement and risk? too bad to try this way.

I would be willing to trade the btc I get/have but I don't know how you would pay me... maybe with a gift card or something..? Hmmh.
PS I'm also below the legal age to purchase goods but I've usually bought btc with my parents cards with permission of course.

You can try payoneer or neteller, both accept master card payment. Just deposit your money payoneer or neteller and buy bitcoin. In this forum you can find more people accept payoneer or neteller. Or just visit forum Currency exchange section.

Your option is limited, but most of the btc you can get also can be acquired through on this exchange thread.

There are people out there who do cash in mail as well, if you have a card I`m sure cash isnt a issue.

Since you can withdraw cash from your card for a small fee on any given ATM or free at your own bank branch.

Your membership level is a proper one. Get yourself on a better paying sig campaign, and there are plenty of options for senior members, and you could have that amount in a week or two if you're sufficiently inspired to post enough.

It looks like you have a yobit signature campaign. I think you can make a amounts that small very easily if you post enough. That's the easiest way to get a couple of dollars.

Since you have a list of restrictions, I think you should try offline purchase and transact with cash.

I’m not sure this is legal or not but some service provide virtual mailbox address so you can use those service to get a virtual mailbox and use it as address proof (please make sure if it’s legal or not).

Alternatively you can build awareness about bit coin in your friend circle and ask any major friend who is eligible for purchasing bitcoins to share his details in return of some commission.

Use purse.io to buy goods for other people from Amazon and they will pay you for this service with bitcoin.

You have a card,so you can use Amazon,i guess.

I don`t understand ,how come you have a card and you are below legal age?

Don't you have some kind of bank account backing your card ?  You can always use that to do an online transfer on exchanges like localbitcoins to buy bitcoins directly from sellers.

You can try localbitcoins. Look for seller that is near you and try to trade with him directly. They don't usually ask for ID but you have to send the money to them first. Or you could physically meet with them, depends on their service.

i suppose OP has made his purchase but since nobody mentioned this i am going to!

you can use other payment processors that are less strict about verifying your account and all that. off the top of my mind i can name perfectmoney which allows you to even buy or deposit bitcoin there and exchange. apart from that you can use your own signature (yobit but not recommended) or btc-e or c-cex to deposit from perfectmoney and buy bitcoin.

I tried using perfectmoney before but was discouraged because of the fees and exchange rates they were imposing (especially when using credit cards). Also, perfectmoney kept on sending emails to me about hyips and Ponzi schemes, which I didn't like. Because this meant, they are promoting scams.

Some people have bitcoins but not an ATM card. Maybe he should just let other people use his card to buy something online and then let them pay him bitcoin. He might even charge fees. For what it's worth, I think that the reason why you got blacklisted on Paypal and Skrill was because you're under 18 years of age. (not sure though). Nevertheless, it's only a matter of time for you to have a legal age. If you're tired of looking for a solution for your problem, I think you should just wait.
