There is no DAO any more. It has been dissolved. We have the Ethereum and ETC at the moment, they are competing.

There is no any places where DAO can be traded so it will remain as bad name for future only and what a huge failure for crowdfunded projects with record of most huge digitally crowdfunded project.

just prove that huge projects can possibly fail still. I have invested a lot of that project and bought a lot of ETH just to acquire them and end up losing my money instead. I could have dump the first time I've read the hack story but was wondering if its just a FUD lol

Tragedies happen...
I never went in for Ethereum as I just had an allergy with the name itself...
No other personal issues, though... But I thought that this thing was just a pump and dump and it actually proved to be one...
It was a great idea by Vitalik, which others took advantage of and ripped it...
