Bitcoin don't have any fault in Getting paired with cyber crime or any term of crime, as before bitcoin also there was lots of cyber crime exist and i think stopping cyber crime is impossible. We have seen lots of processor before being used by hackers, criminals before also for example liberty reserve but USA had stopped it because it is centralized but bitcoin being decentralized can't be shut down.

Stopping it completely would be... ethically dubious. Even though you stop crime from occurring, you would more than likely have to use aggressive hacking and surveillance in order to start finding out who is doing what, and you might get innocent people involved if you mess up and aren't combing through the right person's information. I'm not in a position to say whether or not its a good idea.

You can only stop it before it happens. The chances of recovering your bitcoins from hackers is nearly "zero". Police probably don't know a damn about bitcoin and they will stare at you like they saw an alien. Buy a good antivirus, stay updated and don't install too many pirated softwares. Dont click anything suspicious, especially in this forum. If you hold too many bitcoins consider making a paper wallet.

I think this is why people are now trying to regulate BTC. Authorities can't really tell if the BTC transaction that popped up on blockchain.info was a purchase of ice cream or child porn.

It is impossible to stop the cyber criminals for using bitcoin , we cannot prevent bitcoin to be used for illegal activities we are not the authority behind bitcoin . Even the government cant stop cyber crimes and the use of bitcoin so we cant . It was very disturbing that the currency we are using online is also used by those frauds .
