Cryptopia & bittrex have no verification requirements.  Poloniex only requires ID for large amounts; you could just trade in smaller quantities to bypass this.

Well I'd like to recommend ShapeShift.io. I used them like ten times and everything went pretty well every time. Monero, Ethereum, Vertcoin, Dashcoin, Reddcoin, I used it for all the exchanges between these altcoins.

exactly and i did use these exchange almost 2 years and never have any problem regarding withdraw or deposit but for the contact support sometimes poloniex have lack of respond and you have to a bit of patience waiting for their answers but don't be worry they would not scam you or stole your funds

Afaik non of those requires verification. Larget volumebis on Poloniex while new coins are getting listed more on yobit.

Cryptopia, Poloniex and Bitrrex are most recommended.

Yobit always receives DDOS attacks and you can obtaining problems withdrawing coins.

For fast deposits (bitcoin) is poloniex which needs only one confirmation and you bitcoins is added in your balance, Yobit needs two confirmation for deposit but is faster in withdrawing comparing with poloniex. I have also used c-cex, bitrrex and other altcoin exchanges but didn't liked them.

I give you only two altcoin exchanges which are the best at the moment.
Poloniex.com and Bittrex.com. Both have good customer support in case issues may arise.
Between the 2, Bittrex has never been hacked as far as I know of.

im not sure, my friends had problem when they were exchange use shapeshift, they waiting around 3 hours , and the worse around 2 days while they exchanged in that sites,and then my friend send an email to support, and it was resolved.
@OP, for me until now the best exchange sites are Poloniex and Yobit, you dont need to verifications with ID and photo (selfie)

you can try poloniex, in there not verification ID card, only your write your name is verification

All of them have been hacked at some point - I know Poloniex was hacked a couple of years ago, but they paid back all their customers.

The issue is not "have they ever been hacked" - but "how have they responded to hacking". The best way to protect is for the exchange to take out some insurance, so they can pay back their customers if they get hacked. Only Coinbase has insurance as far as I know.

But I think the OP is looking for an exchange and not a crypto exchanger

the best volume trading high volume trading is altcoin poloniex, in there withdraw very fast, and if your compare is much exchange you can visit exchangewar . info, alternative another poliniex you can try bitrex yobit and c-cex
