Yes, they held a fundraiser to get it listed, and met their goal, so hopefully soon. Read about it here: http://www.ardornxt.group/community-funded-projects

Kudos to the donators. That's dedication to Ardor. Hopefully the'll wait for the next dip to purchase those BNB tokens.  Grin

I hope we will soon see ardor on binance. And let's hope that ignis will also be added there in the near future (that's in the process). Good news for coin holders.

ARDOR desktop wallet address

You can check your balance and what is the status of transaction on https://ardor.tools/.
If you don't have funds on your desktop wallet make sure that you have full blockchain downloaded.

You can check your balance and what is the status of transaction on https://ardor.tools/.

http://ardor.tools, as far as I know, still doesn't show child-chains balance - only ARDR balances, but no IGNIS, AEUR etc..

Use ardorportal.org instead: The IGNIS balance is shown on https://ardorportal.org/accounts/account/<insert your account address> (or the account ID number).

If the transaction went through and is confirmed, then the coins are in your wallet, and you likely haven't to worry about them (the only possible case when you would lose the money is if your Ardor passphrase was hacked). Very likely you have syncing problems. Are you using the newest version 2.0.14?

If you still have problems, Jelurida offers support here: https://desk.zoho.eu/portal/jelurida/home

Thx man, I have checked at https://ardorportal.org/accounts/account/ and I found my IGNIS balance is ok ...
yes I am using the newest version 2.0.14 ... It always showing a RED msg (Warning: You are connected to the TestNet! The testnet peer port is 26874.) .. what is this ??!
seems that I have a syncing problem like you said but problem i don't see any mark of syncing or blocks like normal wallets ..
do you have any idea how to solve this?

That is your problem.  The TestNet is for testing applications and is separate from the main Ardor network (the testnet and mainnet wallets are separate).  The easiest thing for you to do is re-install Ardor and do not check the TestNet box during installation.

Hi guys,

I was wondering if someone could help me out. I have a friend with an old nxt wallet with balance. They want to claim their ardor and ignis. Is there some instructions anywhere for this? What are the basic steps?

Thanks in advance.

I guess downloading the latest nxt wallet and the latest ardor wallet to get your ardor and ignis coins? Have you tried that?
