I have checked the roadmap, and now I am wondering, what would be the next important milestone for ARDOR and IGNIS? Maybe Full Node on Android and Hardware Wallet Integration? Because most of the other things are only different tests launching, as far as I understand it

For sure Q3 release with the full node on Android systems will be an important milestone but also the addition of new use cases for child chains and development of infrastructures is essential to onboard more customers and users, I think in the next months there will be a huge increase in the usage of the Ardor platform.

On Wednesday, May 29th, at 16:00 UTC, the markets for ARDR, BCN, DCR, GAME, GAS, LSK, NXT, OMNI, and REP will be disabled for Poloniex customers in the US. All assets remain available for trading to customers outside the US. Once geofenced, you will be able to withdraw these assets from your wallet for as long as we support the asset globally. You will not, however, be able to see your deposit address or generate a new deposit address.

This is news to me. With that being said, I am not on Polo.  I have not noticed this problem on other exchanges.   Hopefully this is a one-off. I still believe in the project, and will not let old regulation dictate what coins I buy. Maybe some of you will dump and I can get some cheaper.

This is TERRIBLE for Ardor & Jelurida ... I fully expect *ALL other US Exchanges* to follow through with disabling trading for Ardor, Ignis & NXT.

I'm not so sure it'd have as big an impact as you might think, at least for Ardor/Ignis.

*ALL other US exchanges* currently equates to one (Bittrex) for Ardor and Ignis.
 

Most of Ardor's volume obviously doesn't come from US exchanges. And as for exchanges complying, there is nothing they HAVE to comply with exactly ... a vague govt. statement is just that, pretty vague. The govt. was also unsure if ETH was a security for a while there and it's not like exchanges all of a sudden dropped ETH.

sorry but the nxt / ardor stuff and all associated coins are now in the shitcan.  doubt they can even be saved, unless you're 'techie' and care enough to use them or even try.  had a nice run up during alt season but that's about it.  these suck to make any decent returns on otherwise.

There are a ton of POS coins, doesn't make them all securities. I don't see the logic behind it either.

Interesting comment by Circle today about cutting its workforce due to restrictive US policies. The way I read it, it comes across as basically a scapegoat excuse for their poor performance -- take a handful of coins that don't have much volume anyway on Poloniex, restrict them, blame the US policies, then a couple of weeks later blame these US policies as a reason for cutting their workforce.

I have seen quite a price increase for IGNIS this days and the trade volume is now also higher than ARDOR. Is there any particular reason behind that?

I find it unusual for child chain to have bigger volume.
