Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

From looking at the images and description on the product listing, there are a few hashing boards (3) and a control board (apparently a composite board in its own right), and the mining boards are connected with 18-pin ribbon cables. Each mining board contains supporting electronics and a bunch of BM1385 ICs that do the actual hashing.

I have recently become active again after a long period of inactivity. Cryptographic proof that my account has not been compromised is available.

If he truly mean's "what will i need to make an asic antminer s7?".  He is going to need a LOT it is not something you really order say a parts kit and put together.  It comes as a unit ready to go.

If you mean what do you need with purchasing a S7 to make it run, well then a PSU.   I would suggest using the Bitmain AP3 PSU.  But if you truly mean make and want parts to make it is going to be hard.  About the best you could do is buy broken ones and try to repair, but not sure why you would go this route vs buying a working unit.

I'm well aware that the device comes pre-assembled. My post was not meant to state that it's an easy task--each PCB is obviously custom-designed and includes careful concerns for signal integrity, power decoupling, and cooling.

In addition to the S7, you will need a Power supply with 10 PCIe power connectors. You can order an appropriate power supply from Bitmain, if to have 208VAC (or higher) power in your country. You'll also need an INTERNET connection and associated Ethernet cables.

Do you have any experience with a miner previously?

My personal interpretation, which might be wrong, is: "What additional items do I need to install and properly use an S7?".

I assumed it was more a non-English speaker, than a literal interpretation of the words as stated.

Ah, OK. I understood "to make" without a quantifier as a native English speaker might in this context, namely in the literal sense of "to create; construct".
