I cant login to xapo wallet Authenticator
This warning always show up
"Too many failed authentication attempts! Please wait 30 minutes, then refresh the page and try to login again."
the code is correct,
help me pls need my btc  Angry

Do you have access on the mobile number that is linked with your xapo? You can get an auth number with it.
What kind of autenticator are you even using? I am not familiar with it.

I lost my phone number 7 months ago, I always login with g2a until april.

All you need to their mate is to send some ticket to the support  although they kinda slow on answering some problem you gotta keep sending and sending again so your problem will be taken action by the xapo team, just like my friends account xapo close it down for unknown matters but he didnt give up follow upping his problem that why hes problem was resolve. And that thing you gotta do for now just have patience xapo will solve that.

Yes, I think that's the least you can do. Just be patient on waiting the response of the support. And when they do, I'm sure they will be asking more details in regards with your account for them to prove that it's yours, before disabling 2FA. It must be a lesson to us, if we lost our phone number, we must update the numbers on our accounts, so that we won't encounter things like this again. I hope your problem will be solved soon Smiley

Well are you sure you are using a valid or an active code? You may get an error if you use an expired code. If your number has been long gone, why didn't you change your old number to an original number so you can have access on your 2fa account? It is not safe to not have access to the only way you can recover your account. You should create another account with full access in it.
Try contacting their support if they can do somethig about it.

Well are you sure you are using a valid or an active code? You may get an error if you use an expired code. The problem with their support is it's not exist at all, good luck getting answer when sending ticket through them Wink

and I can say some of it are OP's fault too, if your phone number stopped working (for any reasons) you need to call your mobile phone service to ask for the number back, at least mobile phone service customer support will be more helpful compared to XAPO Tongue

I tried to contact XAPO and they only replied to my mail once, after that no matter how many emails I sent to them I never got any replies back Sad

does the mobile number you have linked to that account is still active you need to access that number in able to get the 6-digit code . you have to check that number if you are receiving a message from xapo .

If your account has been verified for sure they will help you to open the account. the problem is many multiples unverified accounts in use only to receive the balance from faucet.
