There is a thread about this site made years ago https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=283653.0 and not much information was given. Funny thing about this site is the site was created way back 2012 but the site still says its still in Beta. not much buzz about the site so I don't think this site is worth to try and exchange your Bitcoins to Paypal funds.

Not sure if this is legit. why dont you try paxful ? im using it for months and luckily not faced any issues. just my 2 cents.
