I've heared rumors that virwox might not work anymore due to money laundring regulations... I have no idear if it's true or not.
@OP: localbitcoins has some sellers that sell
BTC for PP to, altough virwox might still be a good alternative if you look past their huge fees and the fact that the first withdrawal can take several days.
