All tl;dr

Slush is making hardware bitcoin wallet.

Prefill wallet with Xbtc.

Sell as giftcard in gas stations.

Add pamphlet of all services that accept btc.

Person sees "Buy pretty much anything and everything online with this".

They buy and use.
