Is it concerning at all that the devs and the large mining pools just colluded to do a 51% attack ?

up to date showing 225446 last block was generated 9 sec. ago.I know I received these coins before 225446 .Have no clue why they won't confirm.......I take it a lot of people are having this same problem with stuck coins.

No.  Then again that didn't happen and 51% attack obviously doesn't mean what you think it means.

Seems odd that 0.7 hasn't gotten a new block for 45 minutes.
Each chain has less hashing power than before the split but is still operating on the old difficulty.

...unless a miner adds another block to the 0.8 chain, in which case the height to beat will be greater than 225454.

A bit nicer (imho) page to look at is this one:
http://blockchain.info/block-height/225430

When the 243-kB block becomes "Main chain" and the 975-kB block becomes "Orphaned," that will mean the reorganization has finished.

Have all the major pools Downgraded? I'm mining on Deep bit.
The price is going to take a nose dive in the morning.  Embarrassed

http://blockchain.info/blocks/1363065731715

This page is a bit more interactive, you can see the red orphaned block "climbing" up the ladder, once it's near the top then we are close.

Before I knew this was going on, I sent 2btc to my Mtgox account. After I found out, I downgraded to 7.2 and synched up. Now the transaction still shows but 0 confirmations. I wonder how long it's going to take to confirm, or get cancelled or whatever. I just hope my BTC don't disappear into limbo.

I just wish I could access blockchain.info. Apparently some interaction between their DDoS protection and my internet connection prevents me from accessing their site 90% of the time.

Mt. Gox and others closing down their exchanging is perfectly reasonable when compared to the real world. Stock markets have been closed after major disasters to stock panic sales and there are automatic safeguards in place that stop a stock price from plunging too fast to quickly, it protects the market the company and possibly the consumer if their reason for selling was more panic than logic. Seeing as bitcoin has no governing body it was up to individual companies to decide if they were gonna place a freeze and not all of them did.
