have you seen the charts?
after the bitfinex hack that caused a big drop (17 days ago) the price has been stable around $570 and $10 swings up and down is normal for any range. and if you look at the history once in your life you can see that these swings are normal

The graph is misleading (if not outright deceiving). The price fell well below $500 which it didn't even touch on this chart. It went down as low as $480, though for a relatively short time... But I've seen the price at $490 myself i am well aware of that, for a more accurate chart you can check out bitcoinwisdom.com - the coindesk chart is more of an average price of multiple exchanges and since $490 only happened in 1-2 exchanger you don't see it on this chart - also if you zoom in more instead of a 1 month interval you see a deeper price - the point of this chart was to point out the stable price after the drop in this 18 days now. because he said "an state of falling" |

For me it is time to buy. If you buy btc for 600 and you will sell it today, think twice. It is better to wait for its price to goes up again instead of deciding to sell it in low price. We did not know if it goes up on the next month. It is time to buy more btc if you have money to buy for it. It is like an investment and you have to buy low and sell high.
That's how to treat you method in investing, buy low and sell high to gain profit. But for the current price of bitcoin, it could be high or low depends on how someone will evaluate it, but for me it is very low at the moment so it is a good time to buy and sell when bitcoin price is back to $600. |

Yeah and the low resistance for a possible rise, in the coming days, indicates that it is a good time to do so. Many would hope or even pray to bitcoins price would go down since its the most exact time to buy bitcoins in lower price but we cant avoid that some people would already bought bitcoins even in the middle of the pricedrop which makes the bitcoins price would rise and fall due its like a tug of war. It really depends on demand and supply. |

Especially with the selling pressure we have right now. people just take for granted that history will repeat itself. but as you also said, it's not an indicator at all. previous years were times where there was far less money being pumped into bitcoin, but because the number of circulating coins was much lower back then, there was less money needed to get the price to reach a certain price level. another important thing is that we don't have another mtgox to mess with the market and cause the price to reach a new ath. |
