Advanced recreation of my trading account for the last hour or so.

People really got that scared?  The panic seemed to accelerate even after there was news on fix and the limited scope of the problem.

The market is very overbought, that's why people panic.

No. It's not overbought, and I think most people didn't "panic." They tried to make a quick buck and some of them got royally screwed.

You're welcome. I put an ask in this morning @ $49 even, coins I have to cash out to pay fiat expenses. I could have flipped them for 48 and change at the time, but I got greedy and thought I'd give it a day to see if it reached my price. By the time I could get my order to catch up with the free fall, I sold at $41 even. It wasn't a bank breaker but my poor decision making in this case cost me ~$850.

Although, I'm not convinced there won't be another dip once gox and other exchanges resume allowing BTC deposits. At least I hope it's just a dip.

a poem.

i once decided, not timid
i would have my bot set a limit

or three way below current prices
and sell the coins back once it rises.

this night i bought a couple pretty low
but in my balance they dont show

it seems mtgox is fubar'd still
i wonder if rollback the will

support is as helpful as ever
"check your history" - clever.

the buys, they show.
money, coins? no!

so i guess until this is put right
lost 2000€ i have might.
