What do you mean by this? You need to provide them with banking details and address etc. to prove you're American before you can withdraw Bitcoin? Why can't you just withdraw the Bitcoin? PM me the answers pls as I am interested but it doesn't sound very safe or easy lol.

And if it is bovada, you have to verify your info, to cash out, and they will match it to the initial depositors name, and when it don't match, you get account seized and closed

I've played poker for over 10 years now. I can guarantee this is a scam attempt.  It makes no sense. If you want to show your me this works, send me info for a 5.00 or 10.00 account, and I'll try it and report back. If it works, I'd buy every since one of them.

this is not a scam mate, you have to transfer funds to your personal account. you can not withdraw from their account, you are correct.

He is hacking accounts, and telling me to chip dump to my account then cash out. The moment you do that, the hacked account is going to advise bovada that they were hacked, and during the investigation they will see what account received the funds, and will ban the account.

i dont use the accounts, not recommend anyone to use the accounts. just selling mate. and thanks for the advice.

as my op states, what they do with the account is their choice. i dont recommend anything
