Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

Try virwox or coinbase. Its expensive but trusted as far as I know.

You can also check a very trusted member here selling btc called zazarb.

To find any of them, Google.com is your friend  Wink
Good luck.

it wouldnt be bad to share which region this is
cause coinbase is international
otherwise you could try to fund btc-e account with bank transfer but it's risky and it takes time (5 - 10 working days) depending on your country's banking system
