While I agree that lately the payment problems come more and more often, I've had payments even more than one week late, but they came.
So I'm not worried, this contest will have funds for more than that Wink

So we are about half way through this Difficulty Period and the rate is gradually pushing up towards Zero. Yesterday was +2.08% with 147 Blocks and the Run Rate is at -1%. Relatively uncharted Territory with the Halving so close, so I suspect that a wide range of results are still possible.
