With btc transactions there are always fees, whether you like it or not you will have to pay a small fee when buying BTC.

Just to put my two cents in here.  It does not matter if Webmoney has fees, you are the one looking for the trade here.  This means you can review the offers and accept or deny them.  It is very unlikely that you will find someone who will give you $ for $ in any trade, for there is no incentive for them to do it.

If yes, they you can do it directly on Webmoney website, they have VMX purses now, you can convert it in your account or look on trader platform for better prices.
