I could swear Casascius sold some do it yourself 5BTC coins. No? At one point he was trying to get a group buy going for community made designs to be distributed to sell as unassembled holograms. That project never materialized as far as I can tell. |

Like wheelz said, you can find a generic holo on ebay somewhere. Just check for the same diameter size. |

Not sure. I must have had one at some point, as I both bought one and then later sold it to bitguy. He then sold on eBay I believe
My recollection is that is was a plain all gold sticker. It also came with a sheet of instructions of how to assemble your diy coin. I took a copy or scan of that also.
Finding any of it though .... It will be a needle in a haystack, with the number of coin pics I churn through. I will give it a go, but need to get lucky.
