Is your bitcoind out-of-sync?

I sent 2 transactions to a friend and they are not confirming. Electrum show me 3+ confirmations on both transaction.

EDIT: He's telling me that both transactions show as confirmed but it show as unconfirmed when I use the link. Strange.

Were your exporting in plain base 58 format (default)? Electrum & Bitcoin-Qt will only import private keys in "Wallet Import Format" which always begin with 5.
