hi friends, I have few questions about the rules in bitcointalk. Why people should not post their referral links here? whether harm us, or how. I hope anyone have the right answer. Thank you
The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

Referral links are against the rules of the forum as if they weren't it would encourage spam of people posting them for an attempt at a quick buck.
If a post is constructive enough, I believe that affiliate links are allowed (however the post must contribute significantly).

It's to control the amount of worthless spam posts made by people in signature campaigns who post vapid short answers or chunks of quoted text from press articles every five minutes to reach their payment quota, like this user here  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=552855;sa=showPosts;start=0
Oh, that would be you, wouldn't it?
