Is this a joke you literally have to go to Google payment support and give them the transaction I'd of the purchases you want refunded. Then say you never received and make a whole fuss about how you contacted them and they never replied and they refund that quick.

Some of those old folks who use large refunds after purchasing gems in Clash of Clans experience account locked. Also Google has put some serious terms about that refund.

Why they take serious on that? One reason is the same reason of massive users asking for a refund.
