Are the withdraws processed the same way sportsbook withdraw are? I remember a few weeks ago I had won a bet and withdrew ~0.12BTC, and it wasn't instant. Took around 15 minutes I believe. Instantly except when additional manual verifications are needed to be done - I don't know why your withdrawal needed verification but as you see it only took 15mins (if you ask now another one it should be out within the next second)

It means that all bets placed on our platform (sports betting - not dice rolls) are placed between users.
Example: One user places a bet against team A and offers to pay 10/1 if that team wins (layer), if other user finds that offer attractive, he will pick the bet (backer) and both bets will be matched then.
