Mtgox witdrawal time to okpay

Hi folks, i have pending withdrawal to okpay for more than 24 hours. How long i still have to wait ? maybe you have some experience.

Hello,

I have made several OKPAY withdrawal from MtGox.
They charge 1% but normally, it's more or less instant (between 5 and 15 minutes to complete the transfer, I would say). Yesterday they froze the system because of the chain fork, and MtGox to OKPAY withdrawal also seemed frozen, listed as "Todo". But now everything seems back to normal, good.

What is the status of the OKPAY withdrawal in the "Account History" (USD) of your MtGox account?
Did you open a support request on MtGox already? They have been quite responsive to my requested regarding the same issue.

Unfortunately, due to insufficient funds the Okpay withdrawal has not been processed. However, we have transferred more funds to our account yesterday and we expect it to be processed by next week. However, if you would like to cancel the withdrawal, please let us know. Our apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Pretty amateurish I would say, but at least it's an honest answer and you know what's going on...
