I was just wondering about this Halving and what people will do, if the price hits the $1000+ price again? Most people seem to think that the previous record, were just a fluke and were artificially inflated by the Willy Bot. Let's say no bot is involved this time, and we see those kind of figures again, would you hold or would you dump?
When we talk about Bitcoin going to the Moon, $1000 is definitely not it. At what price would you start to think about selling?
When the value of the Bitcoin finally reaches $1000 then I make sure that I am going to sell some coins for that price because you cannot let that chance go. I will not sell everything because you never know, maybe the price is going to go up after that. If the price rises to $1,000 next week, it is a bubble. I will sell. If the price rises to $1k in 6 months, I will hold. |

What if it was really a demand or an increase because of the supply cut we had in the halving event? well generally every huge jump is bubble and constant rise is something else that cant be predicted anyway can image price how on halving around 1000 seem to more to much resistance is on 800 maybe will will hold on 800 |

The halving has happened but the price did not increased I think now bitcoin is going to stable, but that will also be better as with that when bitcoin will not fluctuate higher , it will also do not come to drop.

if the rise to $1000 is at this rising speed then i don't think i would even consider selling because this slow rise has always been so stable with no way back.
but if it was in fact a bubble then i would sell even if only a part of my cold storage but i would sell to make some nice profit.

Weak hands have been complaining about missing out ever since bitcoin was $1 and never buy the dip.
Whales are those who keep buying the dip.

Bubble or not, if the price happens to touch the $1000 level again I will start securing profits directly. I know that the price will not settle there directly. Whales will push the price far back again as they have thousands of coins to sell. I will then buy back my coins. |

yeah halving makes bitcoin more precious as the reward gets half and the mining more complex so its obvious to increase in the price its 650$ now and hope it will rise slowly and hit 1000$ soon  lets see how it goes ! |

mmh dunno if this is another chill account or what, but you should now that the price is increasing at a slower rate this time, and thinking ever once that it will happen the same thign happened with the 1200 ath is a bit stupid the pattern here is increase then stagnation then another increase, those increases are really slow and rock solid this time, 1000 will be a thing of the past very soon |

yeah halving makes bitcoin more precious as the reward gets half and the mining more complex so its obvious to increase in the price its 650$ now and hope it will rise slowly and hit 1000$ soon lets see how it goes ! The halving is done now so you should not expect any big price rise. For me i know eventually the price will get to 1k, but it will take time. Not the halving this time, but more investors seeing that bitcoin is a good asset. |

to be honest if price reaches $1000 i will sell all my coins, i was satisfied with that price and waiting for the price to hit $1000 soon because after that there can be some price drops in my expectation. |

I am still waiting to reach $1000+ than it would be wonderful investment for me, within a year more than 4x so that I would sell 50% of my coins on that, I will be into very safe zone after this when price will be $1000+ very soon.

With the halving over, I think we are going to wait a while before the price reaches four digits once again. Currently, it is more likely to go down or continue its sideways movement rather than go up. I am patiently waiting for the price to go below $600 but am also willing to sell a few when the price reaches $1000. When that will happen, I really don't know.

I hope that it can happen this year because I am ready to sell some coins but of course not all of them, that is just not smart maybe the price will even rise further.
I think that I am also going to sell some of my coins because at the moment I can really use the money, I hope that it happens sooner then later. I predict that the price is able to reach $1000 at the end of 2016 which is not that far away. |
