well i dont know if bitcoin transfer have fee or not ( since i was new to bitcoin and never tried before).

but if it have, then that will goes less than $2 if you sell it (with fee).

And if you want to sell your bitcoin in a safe way, you can sell with local people in your country or city.
so you can meet him/her and got cash without worrying of scam.

you can go to region forum and find a local people from your country.

I.would agree with sugestion for localbitcoins. This is great Bitcoin exchanging P2P website where you can find all sorts for Bitcoin buying and selling methods, including Western Union. But since you have very small amount to trade I'm not sure that this is the best options because of the fees.

As others have said I would recommend sites that connect you to other sellers and include an escrow. One I have personally used is paxful however for $2 the fees are likely to be high so its probably best to increase the amount you are looking to buy.
