How much in fees is paypal going to charge to send this amount all at once if some one sends you an invoice?
As in sending an invoice you are asking to pay this as in good and services so there will definitely be paypal charges involved. No doubt about that

Mate I don't think anyone in here would be dealing such big amount from a newbie lile you speciall that it is a paypal exhange.
You could try other payment processors or you can exchange your money in localbitcoins, paxful or virwox. You have a lot bigger chance of getting your money exchanged in there than here in the forum.
