See description in title. Now all they do is have solid red lights and the fans are really loud.

Did you have it on a surge protector?  Most of the time those offer insurance for your devices.  If they end up being broken you could try that avenue.

They are underclocked so the fans aren't at 100%. Can't remember exactly, I can't log into them. I didn't turn them off for a while, so they came back on after the power reset but the internet wasn't on. I reset the internet, it should be on out there with them, but they don't seem to be connecting.

Nope, just plugged into the outlet with the bitmain psu.

If they're broken, I'm not buying replacements. I'm pretty close to ROI, but doubtful I'd ever really reach it.

On this I would bring a laptop and test internet there.  I had a hub that was giving out and started to cause random outages.   If internet though the machines should beep if working right but I would still test internet and not assume.   That hub was quickly replaced once I figured out it was it.

Also I would test PSU's if you are able to.  I use one close to - https://www.amazon.com/Thermaltake-Automated-Supply-Oversized-Supplies/dp/B005F778JO/ which does a great job when if I need to test PSU's.  I know you might not have one on hand though.  In morning when you test just curious is PSU fan spinning?
