That's not the only problem.
Given the fact that the seller is new/has no reputation at all, I would have a hard time trusting them with private keys,
you might find it harder to get all you coins sold if you opt for the pre-funded version (depending on how big the face value of the coin is however).
So then DIY coin will be a very nice choice for the first time seller. Or maybe small denomination coins like 0.01

We we're looking into the money transfer laws & have decided that the coins would not be funded ( we are still thinking about DIY coin)
We have been around for years on here with multiple deals done ( from digital items to miners ) although most people have never left us feedback , so we would hope there aren't any trust issues either way we can always set up an escrow
