Researchers Uncover Bitcoin Phishing Campaign

OpenDNS Security Labs has discovered 100 fake bitcoin and blockchain domains that mimic legitimate bitcoin wallets in an attempt to steal credentials.

As the price of Bitcoin goes up, more people will start targeting Bitcoin users with typosquatting and phishing attacks and also ransomware. I type most of my URL by hand and I ALSO check everything

that I copy and pasted. These fake domains are so close to the real domain, that you might not spot the difference. This makes 2FA so important on the web wallets. Always keep a very small amount of

coins in these services, to reduce your losses, if you get duped.  Roll Eyes
