UPDATE: I was scammed out of this card by https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=709833

He has a ton of negative feedback. Do not do business with tgis thief.

For which countries does the Google Play Card works? If it is only for US then can i create an account by changing the IP to US in order to able to redeem this card, please don't skip this question.
