Probably not a heart attack - they don't happen over a period of days.

A tight chest can mean anxiety, indigestion or a number of other things.

You'll know you are having a heart attack if you have pain in your chest ALONG WITH tingling in your left arm.   If this happens, you should call 911 right away.

(I had open heart surgery in 1983.  Although I've never had a heart attack, I'm well aware of the symptoms.)

A friend of mine had some type of cardiac arrest thing the other day. He was feeling a little weak for a while then it suddenly came on. luckily the paramedics were there when it happened properly but they worked on him for an hour. He said he'd never felt anything more painful and this is a guy who's had horrible things happen to him.

Anyway, why are you wasting your time asking people on here? get your ass to a doctor NOW.
