Yeah one of your boards might be fried. Your GH/s (AVG) is your true speed.
Looks like the unit ran too hot and died with that fan.
As it goes to something like 1100GHs at peaks (it would look like one of the boards are unstable instead of fried).
This may, though, just be down to an unstable connection or a failure for safety as the miner does not consider any fans to be running.

It may be useful for you to post the information on the other miner to see if it's a dead as the first (I'd also recommend auctioning them here or on ebay instead to see if you can get a better price for them)!
The first miner is still recoverable, but it could be more expensive than it's worth!
