Buying antminer s3

I am new to mining so i dont know what a s3 needs to work.does it need power supply and power cable?correct me if i am wrong. Also if you have all what is it needed to put it into work(including antminer s3) tell me your price!

If you are new to mining I advise doing more research before buying miners - with that being said, if you are just buying one to play around with then an S3 is just fine for that.
