To answer your last question yes it is possible however mobile has limited features than on pc but there are many applications you can use to operate your blogs like google adsense if you are about to use adsense on monetizing your blogs.

I think you should avoid anyone offering "free" stuff like domains and hosting, because they usually lock you in and make it super expensive to get out later. I use Godaddy, Name.com and Namecheap. Godaddy will probably be the cheapest option, they usually do discounts so you might pick up a domain for $10. I personally have hosting with hivelocity and knownhost.com, but they have quite expensive hosting plans that you may not need when just starting out. You should not buy a domain and hosting at the same place.

Just prepare some articles for your blog based on the niche you are interested in, then find free blog services, register there.
Start with a sub-domain, start posting and as soon as your blog reaches a good number of subs, just move on to a good domain.

It can be automated, those are what we call splogs.

Lots of blogs out there my bitcoin friend. it takes skill to manage your own blog. it is possible to monetize a blog yourself. google has a site to make it easy for you to do so. I don't know what you mean about the publishing.

it is possible to do it all on your phone, but you wouldn't want to type everything on your phone and do all that stuff on a touch screen stuff on a site that is best done on a regular computer, even if it's all made for your phone. ive done it, a phone can do basically 95% everything a pc can do (with the exception of high end stuff like gaming or graphically intense work)

Yes, it is possible to monetize a blog (you can do this through adsense, affiliate programs or selling your own goods).
The content can be automated however it would be best if you did it manually (as in write it yourself)

the best option is manually. not automatic content, and then you can monetize your blog using bitcoin ppc.
