Absolutely legal. I would also advise paying any taxes on your earnings, otherwise it just gives a bad name to bitcoin and  government will consider it to be money laundering.

Bro Bitcoin is legal in India, but only when you are using it for a legal purpose don't use it for illegal activities.....

There is no meaning of considering things are legal or illegal about Bitcoins in India.

Because already world accept this and its new era of economy. So every country must have to make arrangements for acceptance.

As India is Tier 3 country, so it take some time to implementations.

not at all bit coin is totally legal. in india i think nothing is illegal .and tell me one thing ..how can bit coin be illegal .it just way of payment i mean its a type of crypto currency .so wake up and do bitcoin .it is safe ..and u l earn a lot ..best of luck for ur bitcoins ..do all it with ur hard work and earn it ...good luck ..kudos
