 I would not recommend that anyone use this bootstrap file.  It ophanded 100's of my blocks.
Then still could not sync with the chain.

This bootstrap is the right one. I was been able to send coins to last moments to yobit, to novaexchange and Probitex.
Unfortunately since I shared this link here. My server Czecoin.cz is under ddos attack so no response.
But on my computer I have 8 connections and staking
