Due to the uncertainty of people buying BTC's with paypal and then chargebacks, I wanted to offer to buy a Paypal Cash card for anyone interested in selling BTC's for paypal.  You tell me how much you want to trade, I'll buy the Card with cash, upload the card, pin, and cash receipt for you.  *No way to chargeback  Smiley  Everybody win!!

Why not just fund your PM/Payeer/OkPay accounts or buy using wire transfer or buy Amazon gift cards and buy bitcoin by selling them?
